The digits 6-8 indicate the length of the chain (for dressage collars the number of individual links) and the last two digits indicate the quality/material the chain is made of. For all other items: the first five digits indicate the item type, the next three are internal codes, the last two describe the color.

Can I return my order? How do I initiate a return?
Within 60 days you can return the order to us. Please use the following link returnsportal. If there is a problem with a product after 60 days, please contact our support team and we will find a mutually agreeable solution.
How can I order in the SPRENGER Online Shop?
If you want to order an item, please click on the button \"Add to cart\". All selected items will be displayed in the shopping cart. From there you can proceed to the checkout process by clicking "Checkout". To proceed with the order, you must first log in or create a customer account. Alternatively, you can also order as a guest. Shipping is free within Germany. Shipping to foreign countries is free from 100€.
How do I redeem a coupon / discount code?
